Solanki Naman Manojbhai is the Managing Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a bachelor of technology (B.Tech.) degree in electronics and communication engineering from Manipal Academy of higher education. He also holds a diploma in electronics and tele-communication engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, Pune. He has over 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management and industrial processes. In past, he was associated with Solanki Mechanic Works as a plant head. He is responsible for overall affairs and operations of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation.
Solanki Jaisal Nipulbhai
Whole-time Director
Solanki Jaisal Nipulbhai is the Whole Time Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a diploma in programmer analyst (LEA.AS) from Herzing College, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He has over [1] year of experience in the mechanical works and maintenance sector. In past he has worked with Solanki Mechanic Works as the Sales & Marketing Head where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s sales and marketing functions, including business development, customer relationship management, market research, sales strategy formulation, brand promotion, and achievement of revenue targets. He is responsible for sales and marketing operations of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2026.
Solanki Nira Brijesh
Executive Director
Solanki Nira Brijesh is the Executive Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. She has completed her secondary education from the Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar. She has over 4 years of experience in inventory management, procurement and supply chain operations. In past she was associated with Solanki Mechanic Works and Samyak Lifestyles Private Limited. She has been associated with our Company since incorporation.
Kiran Parmanand Goklani
Independent Director
Kiran Parmanand Goklani is an Independent Director of our Company. She has passed bachelor of commerce (B. Com.) examination from Shreemati Nathibhai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, Mumbai and is the associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 8 years of experience in the fields of corporate law, secretarial compliances, corporate governance and regulatory affairs. In past she was associated with various listed and unlisted companies, including Dhiwise Private Limited, Autotech Nonwovens Private Limited, Junobazaar Private Limited, Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited, and Bindal Exports. She is currently associated with Chemino Pharma Limited, Studio LSD Limited, Sarva Adviserium Private Limited. She has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2026.
Pragnesh Radheshyam Sharma
Independent Director
Pragnesh Radheshyam Sharma is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University and master’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University. He has also attended Gujarat University to pursue bachelor’s degree in law. He has approximately 13 years of experience in the field of finance. He is currently associated with Curis Lifesciences Private Limited as the chief financial officer. In past he has been associated FTA HSRP Solutions Private Limited as an account officer. He has been associated with our Company since June 1, 2026.
Jagdish Ghanshyambhai Sonagra

Jagdish Ghanshyambhai Sonagra is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University. He is also the associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has overall experience of over 04 years in secretarial and compliance matters.
