Specification

The DF-M7 brings CNC-controlled diamond faceting to bangle and ring manufacturing. Its vertical and horizontal heads support precision cutting, while 4-axis simultaneous operation enables coordinated movement for intricate jewellery designs. The machine provides 7 control axes and works with 4-axis designing software.

A 10-tool Automatic Tool Changer supports vertical tooling for flat bangle work up to 40 mm wide. The DF-M7 has an installed power of 7 kW, requires a 6-bar air supply, and measures 49 × 40 × 62 inches, with a machine weight of 650 kg.
