Mr. Solanki has an extensive experience of over 40years in the Jewellery Machine industry. He started Solanki Mechanic
Works in 1965 and under his sound leadership the company has grown from strength to strength.

He has traveled abroad extensively and has studied the jewellery trends prevailing in Europe and Asia in particular.

Over the years Mr. Solanki has been instrumental in providing import substitute solutions in machinery to the Indian Jewellery manufacturing industry thus saving valuable Foreign Exchange for the country when it mattered the most. With the passage of time our machines gained international approval and the company has exported more than half of the machines produced till date.

Under his sound leadership the foundation of the company has been strengthened and today with the introduction of second generation in business the company has added new dimension and vision to the organization.

Mr. Manoj Solanki a Graduate in Business Management, he has been associated with the jewellery machine manufacturing
industry for the past 15 years. He has played a leading role in the development of the company in terms of modernization and introduction of innovative manufacturing techniques. He is a team leader for all new developments at Solanki Mechanic Works and is instrumental in the development of Hi-Tech machining solutions for the jewellery industry.

All machines at SMT are designed by Mr. Manoj right from the concept to the final machining solution. Mr. Manoj has
extensively traveled and is abreast with the latest happenings in the jewellery machining industry.

Mr. Nipul Solanki is a BE (Electronics) from Pune University. He is associated with the jewellery industry for the past 8 years. He has undergone extensive training with Siemens – Bangalore for CNC Commissioning & Programming. He is responsible for integrating and programming CNC & PLC controllers on the machines. He has a 5 years experience in design and is proficient in the use of CAD/CAM software’s like Unigraphix NX2, Art Cam, Dell Cam, and Power Mill.

He is responsible for all electronic integrations (CNC & PLC), commissioning, training and after sales support to
customers.

Mr. Brijesh Solanki a Graduate in Business Management, has been associated with the industry since the past 7 years.
He is responsible for all production activities right from the raw material procurement to the final assembly and testing. He is responsible for production planning, machining, assembly and testing.

Mr. Brijesh is responsible for customer training and mechanical support. Under his leadership the company is upgrading its quality systems in line with the systems laid by the International Standards Organization and will seek ISO 9001:2000 Certification by end 2009.
